Art commission info

Happy to see that you are interested in my work! Here you will find everything you need to know before ordering emotes from me 🌻

1. Overview

  • By purchasing my services you are agreeing to the terms laid out on this site.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to refund your commission if I may be unable to complete it.

  • Refunds are not accepted. Upon payment the work is considered completed and the process will be continued.

2. Emote Pricing

Individual Emote: 20€
Bundle of 5 Emotes: 90€Bundle of 6 Sub Badges: 80€

3. Payment

  • I require full payment upfront, unless otherwise specified.

  • All payments will be completed via Paypal

  • There will be an additional option of a rush fee for commissions with short deadlines (under 1 week). This must be discussed with me prior to payment.

4. Process information

  • I will send a sketch early for feedback, any changes at this point are considered free revisions. (Note that I will not continue the emote before the sketch is approved)

  • After final commission I will give you one free revision. Continued requests for edits will require additional payment.

  • When the final product is finished I will upload the files into a google drive folder and share it with you.

  • Please note that orders will take around 2 - 4 weeks to complete depending on the size of the order.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • All sales of emotes are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued once payment has been made.

  • If there is an issue with the delivery or quality of the emotes, you must contact me to address the matter.

6. Copyright information

  • Please do not republish my work anywhere without crediting me.

  • I maintain full copyrights over the artwork, including rights to use for promotional material or post on social media.

  • You may request for the artwork not to be posted. Must be discussed prior to payment.

  • Commissioned work is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to payment.

  • If work is intended to be used for commercial use there will be an extra fee, to be discussed prior to payment. Commercial uses include: Reselling (merchandise, prints, etc.) and advertising

  • Usage relating to non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency or blockchain in any way is prohibited. Commission will be canceled immediately upon discovery and action will be taken. You will also be banned from any future commissions.

  • Usage in a training set for a generative AI is prohibited. Commission will be canceled immediately upon discovery and action will be taken. You will also be banned from any future commissions.
